Kanye West “announced” that he and Kim Kardashian are expecting a child together when he told the crowd to “Stop the music and make some noise for my baby mama,” he then reportedly pointed to his girlfriend Kim in the audience. The audience immediately erupted in applause
Then afterwards, Kim's sisters Kourtney and Khloe took to Twitter to congratulate Kim on her baby.
But the pregnancy has already been difficult. As MediaTakeOut.com EXCLUSIVELY reported last week, Kim who is a three months pregnant had doctors rushed to her to treat her for "acute morning sickness"
