A 35-year-old Oshkosh woman faces more than 80 years in prison for having sexual contact with three of her daughter’s high-school age friends. Tessa A. Gray on Friday pleaded not guilty to felony counts of repeated sexual assault of the same child and second degree sexual assault of a child, and three misdemeanor counts of sex with a child less than 16 years old. The charges carry a combined maximum penalty of more than 80 years in prison.
According to the criminal complaint, Gray began sexual contact with the first victim, a 15-year-old high school freshman in December 2010. The boy told police he and Gray met for sex more than 20 times over the following 11 months, usually while Gray’s daughter was not at home.
A second victim, told police he and Gray had sexual intercourse on multiple occasions between March and May. The boy was 16 at the time. The 14-year-old boy told police that he played ping-pong games with Gray in which the winner was allowed to touch the loser. The boy said there was no other sexual contact.
Gray admitted having sex with the teens when interviewed by police on Dec. 6. She told investigators “she got caught up in everything and she knew it was wrong to have sex with high school boys,” the complaint states. Gray is free on a $2,500 cash bond.
This isht never ceases to amaze us. This lady really couldn’t find any grown men to pray on??? SMH.
