So I received a phone call from Kaplan University's Financial Aid department and they said I owed $.06 from my first semester of classes.( I have been in school since 08). They told me that I could pay it but I had to pay $1.00 because they could not accept a $.06 payment. Thats some bullshit. I probably cost them more to call me. Come on folks.
