"In Downtown Atlanta, man does donuts in his homeboy's car not knowing the police was right in front of him. GA State Patrol blocks the street off and makes him get out the car. He acted like he was going to let the police handcuff him then takes off running! One of the officers came back to get the squad car to finish chasing him.
